Dr. Elizabeth Turner, MD

She helped me with my L and I and made things happen. She got the tests I needed approved, my surgery was done and I got all of the PT I needed to get to where it wasn't going to get any better than it was. She listens, remembers who you are and helps you make the best choices for you. I would recommend her to anyone.

I schedule my appointment at a time when I won't have to wait. Because she spends a great deal of time with me, I know she does that with other patients as well, which can cause longer than liked wait times.

Dr. Turner is a great primary care doctor! She spends time with you to go over any question you have, which is very rare these days. She is super intelligent & remembers your health issues. She takes immediate action to refer you to a specialist and have labs or imaging done. She writes personal notes on the lab reports she sends you. Her staff is competent and professional and will relay any request or question you have to the doctor. She always answers promptly. She is super personable, real, humble, and practical. I am so lucky to have her as my doctor!

Always gets me in when needed, calls back right away. Takes time to go over all questions and any concerns I might have. Gets further tests ordered in timely manner. Provides feedback b calling or sending hand written notes on results. Great personality easy to speak with. Trust her completely. By far one of my best Dr. ever!

Dr. Turner is thorough and cares about her patients! She is extremely compassionate, honest and knowledgeable. If she doesn’t know the answer to something, she finds it so her patients are informed. I am grateful and thankful to have her as my Doc.

I was referred to Dr. Turner by my orthopedic specialist for pain management. Initially she seemed compassionate and listened to my situation. Things went ok for about 2 months, then HER TRUE COLORS came out. At my first appointment she told me I'd be able to use supplemental meds if I had break through pain. Long story short, she doesn't answer messages left, makes excuses, she falsifies records. She has a very condescending, unprofessional, lacking in compassion and rude. I told her I couldn't continue on with her lack of compassion. I got a copy of my records and I couldn't believe how many false statements and errors in specifics. I would give her 0 stars if I could. I will be telling my referring physician what kind of provider she is. I am tempted to report her to the Spokane Medical Society. I'm a retired health care professional, using an alias for confidentiality.

This doctor is unsympathetic to the truth a patient is telling, and seems more on this side of the insurance companies. I had a mental breakdown due to stress, and she did not seem to care about it and reported false facts to the people that could have helped me.

I injured my back at work and spent nearly a year in the L&I quagmire, with no treatment, relief or recovery. I had about given up and then I started seeing Dr. Elizabeth Turner. What a blessing! Dr. Turner has started turning my life around with sound medical direction, very professional associates, and her ability to navigate the L&I maze. Dr. Turner has my health care consistently moving forward in a very positive way. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and highly recommend her.
