another doctor at this practice said they could remove a mole covered under insurance and when I returned to remove it with spratt she re-diagnosed it as benign and therefore wanted to charge over $500 out of pocket instead of trying to have insurance cover it. Plus she left and ended the appt early and went to visit another patient and sent some woman in to tell me the won’t take payment plans.

Dr Gordon Spratt would not do anything for the moles that are growing and have been bleeding on my neck, shoulder and chest. She didn’t offer to biopsy, even though my mom and sister have both had cancerous moles removed that looked the same. She spent 6 minutes with me and said if I wanted them removed to go to a plastic surgeon. A true waste of my time and money. She had no problem keeping my $35 copay for doing nothing. Ido not suggest seeing this doctor and instead go to a dermatologist who knows what they are doing.

Dr. Gordon Spratt was very kind, and explained everything so that I could easily understand it. She was very thorough in recommending different options that were available to me for my situation. Great doctor!

Dr. Gordon Spratt really cares about her patients. I never feel that she is rushing, and she always takes the time to provide information clearly and is willing to answer questions. The practice schedules patients in a realistic manner so I never wait more than a few minutes. I highly recommend the practice, and Dr. Gordon Spratt in particular. If I could give 6 stars, I would!
