Highly recommend Dr Spatola for medical care
Dr. Elizabeth Spatola has been my mother's Endocrinologist for over twenty years. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and kind. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Spatola and am forever grateful for the care she has given my mother over the years. My mother recently passed away and the morning of her death she called the family to offer her condolences. I highly recommend Dr. Spatola for your medical care in the field of endocrinology. I am not one to give a review unless it is positive. Dr. Spatola has been my ally for many years with the management of my diabetes. Her guidance and positive reinforcement has been my saving grace. I thank her every time I talk or see her. Thank you Dr. Spatola!!

Dr. Spatola is the best! I like the no nonsense don't beat around the bush straight shooter type doctors and she is that way. More than once she has personally called to follow up instead of having staff do it even for simple things. Be honest and she listens and works with you as well to try to do what is best for you.

Dr. Spotola is one of the best..I'm very stubborn patient..as I'm now 78 years old. Old school thinking.."if it ain't broke, don't fix it"..Dr. Spotola will actually sit and take time not only to listen to her patients but explain your condition in terms ÿou can understand and work with..she knows "one shoe does not fit all patients"..very rare today..I love seeing her and her hand chosen staff that work with her. If she ever had to leave St. Joseph Hsp...I will follow her, cannot find a better Doctor.

Dr. Spatola is a strong advocate of working with a patient to meet them where they are in their disease and treatment. She listens carefully and treats each patient as an individual and with respect. I would not consider going elsewhere as long as she is practicing. She is the best endocrinologist I have ever seen.

I was excited to meet with Dr. Spatola as I had read and heard good things about her. I had my first visit with her yesterday and I am less than impressed. Her bedside manner is non-existent, she literally laughed at me, watched the clock constantly and repeatedly brushed off my concerns and told me not to worry when I asked her about certain side effects. She even told me to stop listening to what my body was telling me. Save yourself tears and frustration - go see someone else.

Dr Spatola is a 5Star Class Act. She's a brilliant clinician who combines her vast knowledge and amazing integrity, with a practical understanding of an approach that will work for people who have complex medical issues. She's up-to-date, continues to be willing to work closely with me and has never given up on me, even when I've wavered and not done my part. She understands people; and, runs a humane office. Her nurse is lovely; office staff accommodating. I'm thrilled she's my doctor.
