The office is run so poorly the over priced program is useless. The Dr leaves you with do diagnosis, no answers, no follow up. The blood work is extensive, expensive and charged on a scale according to your income. ( We were told to adjust our income to lower our bill.) I regret spending so much time with this practice, have moved on to a capable physician.

They rely solely on overly priced blood tests - they claim insurance will cover or you'll pay $50 or less out of pocket if they don't. They won't see you unless you do their overly priced blood tests. And then they won't talk to you about anything but what their overly price blood test results show.

I've only seen Dr. Seymour once, 5 years ago. I have since seen several different practitioners. Biggest issue is the amount of bills I've received that my insurance should have covered. Two years in a row I have received a bill for several hundred dollars for my yearly lab work because they are testing for many things I didn't ask for and wasn't told that insurance doesn't cover. I've also called four times to get them to bill my new insurer for covered yearlies rather than my previous one.

I tried to get an appointment today because I am very sick. I called at 8:00, was put on hold, finally talked to someone. She said she could not get me in for five days! I tried to explain that I'm sick today and can't wait until Tuesday, is there any way I could get in. The person on the phone said she couldn't hear me-I'm sick and lost my voice--so I tried to speak up so she could hear me. She became rude and told me to stop yelling at her. Do NOT go to this office-zero customer service.

It's a scam!!! If you don't have at least $4400. to hand over to her, she won't help you. Don't pay the $200.00 for your one hour visit with her! It's a waist! She'll just talk about herself and blow you off if you dont have a minimum of $4000. to do her program and if you can't pay she won't see you anymore! I really thought I had found someone to help me become a health person to heal though health food and get me back on track.I was wrong she talks a good talk but just ultimately wants money

Dr Seymour is awesome. She has been my Dr for several years and she does an excellent job of trying to find the cause of illnesses rather than just treating symptoms.
