I have been a patient of Paradise Valley OB for over a year and wish I would’ve switched to this practice sooner. Dr. Schmied has a calming bedside manner and is knowledgable in her practice. She guided me through my first pregnancy and even made special accommodations to attend my middle of the night labor when she was no longer on shift. She has a great way of presenting facts and providing reassurance. So thankful for Dr. Schmied!

Elizabeth Reynoso has been my OBGYN for quite a few years. She's always so professional yet approachable. She explains things in detail and has a demeanor that is very calming. I had a need to see her ASAP and was able to go in an hour after I called. The girls in the front are very nice and her new assistant is nice. I love Dr. Schmied! I've been seeing her since moving to the Phoenix area in my second trimester and she has been the absolute best. I always feel heard and well taken care of. She delivered my baby via c-section and it could not have gone smoother. Very happy to be her patient and 100% recommend her.

I’ve been seeing Dr Schmied (formerly Dr Reynoso) for years. She is now taking care of me during my second pregnancy. She delivered my first baby and kept me alive during a scary postpartum scenario. I am so grateful for her. She never seems rushed or too busy to listen. I am also very happy with the office and staff in general. I’ve never had a negative experience over the many appointments I’ve had.

This was my first pregnancy and Dr Schmied really helped me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. She was kind and caring and always heard my concerns and answered any question I had thoroughly. I adore Dr. Reynoso! She is very calm and easy to talk to. When I ended up needing a c-section (my baby was in distress) she took the time to talk me through the procedure and calm my nerves. I would recommend her to any of my friends/family and will definitely be seeing her with my next pregnancy!

Had my first appointment with her and she’s very sweet and calm. She answered all my questions thoroughly and I felt comfortable with her.

I was not happy with my last visit with Elizabeth Reynoso. I waited over 45 minutes to get in a room to see her and I felt super rushed and like a total number. She was not very friendly, compassionate or personable at all. I sent over all my medical records ahead of time for a reason, to have her look over everything about me BEFORE my appointment. And it was like she never even looked at any of it and had no idea why I was even there. She just stood there and stared at me while I explained everything that I was going through and all my symptoms I had. I felt like I was talking to a wall. It's like she really didn't care or had the time to listen to me either. And then after only 5-10 minutes of explaining myself, she left the room and came back with some natural supplement samples and said "If this works, I can send a prescription through and sent me off on my merry way. Really? She only gets a 1 star rating out of 5!

I absolutely love Dr. Reynoso. She makes me feel comfortable and i feel to ask any questions that i might have. Highly recommend.

Dr Reynoso is very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel she took her time and I did not feel rushed through my visit. Her nurse, Laura, is very sweet and personable as well.

I was a patient of Dr. Seymann, but he has retired. So, I scheduled a well woman exam/PAP w/Dr. Reynoso. Upon logging into the patient portal, I see that she states my "weight" limited the "exam". She said she couldn't feel both of my ovaries due to my "obesity". Well, had she reviewed the history, listened to me regarding the lack of an ovary due to several ovarian cyst removals (one is non-existent, and the other barely anything left due to past surgeries), she would have known she wouldn't be able to feel my ovaries regardless of my weight. No one has been able to feel my ovaries for over 10 years, and I weighed a lot less at that time (I have developed 6 herniated discs/stenosis/neuropathy that keep me from being as active as I used to be). I've cancelled both the ultrasound and appointment, and I won't be returning.
