INCOMPETENT AND ARROGANT
Please do not trust this doctor. She cares more about talking over her patients and making them feel stupid than she does about treating them. Doesn't take time for questions, interrupts, misdiagnoses. It's one thing to have a bad bedside manner, but another to not care at all what happens to your patients. If you get admitted to St John hospital, and ELIZABETH Nguyen is your doctor, PLEASE ask for another. Her husband also works at St Johns and is wonderful, so please do not confuse them.

Arrogant Doctor Who doesn’t listen
Mom was in hospital and unfortunately Dr Nguyen was her doctor. Dr. Nguyen is dismissive, arrogant, and rude. She suggested things like calming tea, yoga, and meditation. Instead of trying to figure out why Mom keeps being admitted to hospitals, she accused her of having anxiety and suggested yoga. She completely ignores questions, and refuses to allow the patient to give feedback. Her husband is a patient and caring doctor who wants to help, so I can’t figure out how he can be married to such an opposite! If your loved one is admitted to hospital, and Dr Nguyen their doctor- request another one, and thank me later.
