Not Good
I find Dr. Mirro confrontational at times making it difficult for me to understand why I continue to use her...and more importantly, the fact that I was given excuses as to why, after being in the emergency room twice in 72 hours, that she did not reach out to me to find out what the issue was. The office staff is horrible; the phone rings, and rings and most times you have to leave a message and hope that they call you back. There are too many better offices and Doctors to use....so that is what I am going to do.

Excellent
Dr. Mirro is a wonderful, caring doctor. She is always available when I need her. The office staff isn't great but they have new people now and its a little better. I would recommend Dr. Mirro to everyone looking for a new doctor. Dr. Ferrara is also very nice.

Cannot get through on the phone and had to go in person to ask for a callback. Most of the women who answer the phone are rude and unhelpful.

I would love to meet this Dr but couldn't get past the receptionist who told me the practice can't see anyone until July 2021. She was unprofessional and unhelpful and I hope that dr's realize that the person who makes the appointment is a reflection of the practice. Very cold; was more concerned about insurance and then after I asked if the practice was accepting new patients she said yes but not for 6 months. Very disappointing.

Front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. Will be waiting at the counter while they are on their cell phones, also notice they never answer their phones and have watched the girls ignore the phones and let them ring. I was astonished to see while I waited how one of the girls up front spoke to patients she was very loud and rude. Shame that is the first thing to experience while walking in and out of the office.

Love Dr Mirro she takes her time and genuinely cares for her patients. I moved to Florida and fly back to be treated by her. She's one of the best there is.

I had a physical as a new patient. Besides being very warm and friendly, she was thorough and gave me a lot of her time. She wasn't an alarmist, but very on top of things. I felt very comfortable with her.

Dr. Mirro is truly an exceptional Doctor. She takes the time to explain things in a way that is both understandable and reassuring. She will not hesitate to think out of the box and definitely goes the extra mile in making sure she accurately makes a diagnosis and provides you with a comprehensive treatment plan. I highly recommend her.
