Absolutely Terrible! I do not know who is running this office, but the office staff is constantly changing... They have no idea what is going on or how to treat you on the phone. The phone is never turned on at 8:30am and it seems they take an extra long lunch, because the phone is always off after 2pm! Waited 45 minutes today to see Dr. Marks, literally Sat there in a Rag of a gown full of holes- i finally got dressed and went to the desk... and this was for a yearly physical made a year ago.. we are out of this office as of today!

This is the worst medical office I have ever been a patient at. They do not follow through at all and do not return calls for days on end - if you don't continue to call back no one will call you! I will be looking for a new Primary Care Physician because Dr. Marks is too busy -

Dr. Marks has treated our daughter since birth. We love her and would not trade her for anything. She is kind with an excellent manner and has a knack for calming our fears while acknowledging them at the same time.

The office staff could not be more rude and disrespectful. You cannot get an appointment and when you finally do, the office billing staff is degrading. Thankfully the medical staff is great. Still going to change providers because no one deserves bad treatment.
