I love Dr. Elizabeth Lai. She is an amazing doctor. Our son had a heart murmur during his physical. My wife and I were extremely scared and worried. Dr. Lai was so kind, did a thorough evaluation, and re-assured us that everything was fine. Our son is now 8 months. His heart is working great, and he is crawling around like a champ. She is so great with that echo machine or whatever that device is called. Her staff is the sweetest and are so extremely helpful. If your child has a heart condition, this is DEFINITELY the doctor to go to. She actually CARES!

Dr. Lai is amazing! She is kind and patient. She explains thoroughly what she does in the office and goes over all the results with us on the same day. She reassured me and made me feel so relieved as a first time mom worried about her baby. Dr. Lai's staff is also very respectful and sweet.

She seems like a "new" doctor. She did perform testing, although much time was spent. I have been a pediatric nurse for close to 25 years. She was very dismissive with my inquiries. Her staff is amazing. I am getting a second opinion for my daughter. I am not satisfied with "answers".
