Came into the er for blood in the urine among other things. Laughed it off as an std, was not an std. follow up blood work at aamc sent me back to the er. And then to urologist and nephrologist.

Avoid Dr. Kenez and Doctors Emergency Service
This is an unethical doctor working for an unethical provider. The ER at AAMC will tell you that you are covered by insurance, but the doctors on staff are not and make now effort to let you know that you'll be left paying the bill. They will also not do anything when informed by insurance that they are responsible for paying the bill. Avoid if you can.

Excellent care
Dr Kenez ordered the proper tests in ER to help diagnose subdural hematomas and had the expertise to suspect muscle spasms in left arm and leg that brought us there as seizure activity due to a bicycle accident that occurred 6 weeks prior to my husbands ER visit. The care in AAMC ER was excellent and we are very thankful for it.

Excellent ER doctor
Excellent doctor who diagnosed a serious problem after a cycling accident. Care was excellent and sent me to U of M Shock Trauma after thorough evaluation.

I'm not the only one! Read about her. Liz should not be practicing medicine period! Her bedside manner is the worst. She brushed off and dismissed my suffering telling me to go home and have an aspirin. She never bothered to take my blood pressure, do blood work or let alone listen. After telling her I wanted another doctor given her condescending demeanor and dismissive attitude her superiority complex took over. She wouldn't let anyone else care for me. The Nurse assisting me was beside herself wanting to help but her hands were tied so I had to leave the hospital. My blood pressure was very high and I was at risk of having a heart attack while driving home it would have been on her. People like her do not belong in medicine period. Seems like others have had the same interactions with her yet nothing is done!

Made light of my injury,I had dislocated my shoulder and popped it back. CAT scan had her tell me just senior arthritis. Funny I didn't have it before my ice skating call just prior to ER visit where I went to see if I broke something. After consulting with my real doctor who ordered an MRI it turns out I tore 1 tendon off bone and partially tore another tendon. Surgery followed and I have 3 to 5 months of PT. This doctor should learn to listen to her patients, even one with high pain tolerance

Emergency room physician who did NOTHING to examine the patient. Didn't listen to chest, look in ears, eyes etc. Seemed like a disconnect-did nothing to make patient feel better when vomiting, didn't remove puke basin from room or offer a place to lay down after sitting in chair for hours. Even nursing staff was surprised that she didn't seek a temp reading, or do a flu culture. The ER wasn't even busy. Nice person but I wasn't impressed by thoroughness and I want a thorough doctor in the ER
