Came out of hernia surgery with a punctured colon. 2 days later i had major surgery, a 10 inch incision in my abdomen, to clean out the colon leak stuff and repair the colon. This was the most dramatic and dramatic life threatening experience i have ever had. I am leaving out so many things she did wrong. Will never recommend her or use her again. Terrible, terrible, terrible!!! Only one star because you must to submit review.

She operated on my husband several times and he would be dead if we hadn’t moved him to San Antonio. I never sued or reported to anyone except Dr. Levett, another worthless doctor. Today I hear another one of her patients is dying because of her mistakes! When is this going to end!

Great staff, Great service and due to my symptoms got me in same day. I will be schedule for surgery soon...

I was referred to Dr Beste from my Dr and from start to finish she and her whole staff was the absolute most knowledgeable spot on que experiences I had ever been through her staff was amazing on getting things in order and ready the surgical procedure went perfect 1st week after surgery I feel really good and no doubt would highly recommend her for your surgical needs

Having been under the care of the US Military for 26 years, and the VA for the last 23 years (which has been quite good), I received care from Dr Beste for an emergency gall bladder removal in August 2021. She is an exceptionally talented and caring Physician. Prior to the surgery, she ensured that I understood what procedures were about to occur, answered my questions, and explained that exceptional care would be applied to make sure that the procedure would be as painless as possible. (It was.) During this emergency hospital visit, Dr, Beste called my wife, explained the issues involved, and went out of her way to answer my wife's questions and resolve her concerns. After surgery, both in the recovery room and back in the main hospital room, Dr. Beste made bedside visits to assess my progress and my pain level. She ensured that adequate pain medication was available incase I needed it and patiently answered questions from myself and, later, my wife. She has an excellent bedside m

Incompetent!!! She is a hazard to your health!! Don’t tell me an appendicitis is not considered an emergency and you allow the patient to go all night and it ruptured- CT noted it still intact. Ended up with a NG tube and unable to eat x8 days. This is ridiculous!! This is a routine procedure for a surgeon and was not handled to this capacity. It shows a lot any time her name is mentioned and everyone I know has a horror story to share!!

Do you have to even give a star? Would not recommend to anyone. Allowed an appendix to rupture do to essentially not wanting to be bothered at the time. Her negligence lead to multiple issues and an extended hospital stay. What didn’t have to be life threatening quickly became so because of her lack of competence

I went in with an infected gallbladder. She made sure I got plenty meds to ease the pain. I had surgery at 10 am the next day. It was 45min and went without a problem. She was great.

I just love the care I was given from Dr Beste, surgeon. She is awesome. She is very thourough in her practice as a surgeon. I was very fortunate to have her. Thank you Dr Beste Thank you. Sandra Hernandez

Dr. Beste is a great physician. She got my daughter in right away and ordered necessary testing to confirm that she needed gallbladder surgery. She got her surgery scheduled the next day. She has great bedside manners and explains everything in language that our family could understand. She has compassion for her patients. Her office staff is very professional. I would recommend Dr. Beste for anyone needing general surgery. Seguin is very lucky to have her in our town.
