Disappointing Experience with Appointment ReschedulingI am writing this review to share my disappointment with the recent experience I had with Dr. Elizabeth Gonzalez's office. (Not her personally because she is truly amazing)I had scheduled an appointment in advance and due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to reschedule. However, the response I received was both surprising and disheartening. Instead of accommodating the change, I was met with a refusal to see me as a patient. I have been going to this office and seeing Dr. Gonzalez for almost 10 years. It is very unfortunate that her office does not care about their patients. Especially well-established ones. Not to mention, my appointments have been cancelled by the Dr herself for her unforeseen circumstances (as we ALL have them!) but there was nothing to be said about that.I understand that schedules can be tight in the medical field. and that is why I booked my last appointment with the NP. Dr. Gonzalez has delivered all three of my children. Words can't express how great full we are to have her. She is the best at what she does and very dedicated. The staff at the office is also wonderful, I feel like I am visiting friends when I go there.

I cannot put into words the love I have for this office and their staff. The front desk and scheduling staff know me by name the second I walk through the door, Cyndi is absolutely incredible, and Dr. Gonzalez is probably one of my favorite people on the planet. The entire office treats you like family, listens to your concerns, and truly provides amazing care. I wish I would go see them every week!

The staff was very welcoming and professional. Dr. Gonzalez made me feel very comfortable and she listened to everything i had to say i felt like i was talking to a friend (a very smart and knowledgeable friend). Overall great experience.

From the 1st Time I met Dr G. I loved her bedside manner - She's very detailed & its obvious Dr. G loves what she does & cares for her patients--- ever since that 1st Day up to delivering my daughter & after Dr. G & the office staff has made me feel like I more than just a patient - I was Family !!! :-)

She is amazing! Makes you feel so comfortable and spends time with you as needed. Doesn't just rush thru her patients like a lot of doctors in Florida. Decent wait time too which is rare for OBGYNs

Dr Gonzalez is prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. Explains everything and doesn't rush through the visit.

Waited almost an hour for the doctor and she didn't even properly apologize - no consideration of other people's time. No explanation for the delay.

The staff is courteous and De. Gonzalez is great! The appointments are on time and the Dr explains everything, listens, and addresses any concerns you may have.

As a new patient as was eager to meet Dr. Gonzalez for she came highly recommended; however after waiting for her an hour and half after my scheduled appointment I knew it was not something I wanted to continue doing in the future. There were not many , as a matter of fact, two other patients aside from me. Very unfortunate. I had to leave as I had a baby with me and another appointment waiting for me an our a way from her office. I traveled a long distance just for her services or lack there o
