Dr. Elizabeth Dee, MD

I’ve taken my teens to doctor Dee since they were toddlers, and now I take my youngest (four years old ) to her too. I trust her completely. She doesn’t just throw medicine at symptoms like some doctors do. She gets to the root cause. She’s a brilliant doctor, and her staff is the best too.

I'm shocked looking at all the differrent negative reviews. Since I've been here with my children, my experience was very satisfying. Dr Elizabeth is straight forward and she thinks about her diagnosis and observes and asks many questions before she jumps to a conclusion. I mean that is her job to do those things, but I can tell she does do it out of concern.

Look at your bill. The doctor charged me for services that were never provided. The services were for nutrition and exercise counseling that the doctor never mentioned during the visit. When I asked why I was charged for these services I was told my children were marked as obese. My 12 year old is 5 foot 2 and weighs 106lbs. In case you're wondering that's not obese. I seriously would question the doctors medical abilities. They are hoping you do not look at your bill and just pay them whatever they tell you. I was also charged for my children's annual physical, which is preventative care. The doctor's office told me my insurance doesn't cover annual physicals and I told them that my insurance does cover annual physicals when they are coded properly. The office purposely coded the physical as a different service knowing that it would not be covered by the insurance. THIS PLACE JUST WANTS MONEY, NOT TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CHILDREN.

Horrible doctor my child had a concussion fractured his skull and a viral infection that she failed to diagnose.

I took my little girl and Dr. Dee was very helpful. She explained what was wrong and all my options to help with the problem. Very nice and thoughtful. I also was in and out with in 30 mins. She explained her shots and what they were for.

Unbelievable!! They quite taking my son's health insurance and I just got off of the phone with the office. They refused to give me a copy of my son's shop record because I should have changed my insurance plan in order to stay with their practice. The man I spoke to was so unbelievably rude that my heart is racing. His exact words were "Why should we do work for you, when you didn't change your plan in order to stay with us". I have never been spoken to the way he spoke to me in my life.
