Very quick response to schedule the appointment and I was able to get an appointment right away. Everyone was great including the audiologist and Dr. Darr, both of whom took their time, answered my questions and explained everything very thoroughly.

I love Dr. Darr. She is thorough and an excellent diagnostician. When she feels something needs further scrutiny, she is happy to refer you to get the tests necessary. She is not egotistical at all. Dr. Darr also has a superb bedside manner. She answers all my questions and sits patiently explaining things to me and takes all my questions. Seeing her is one of the best experiences which I have had with a clinician in a long time. I would recommend her to everyone.

The front desk staff was fairly professional and did not give me a hard time, although they are very specific about their new patient paperwork. They did not treat me particularly differently. However, I am physically disabled. It is noticeable, and Dr. Darr really did not seem to know how to handle this. She made me feel like she was nervous to be my doctor, didn't know how to do the procedure without me transferring from my own wheelchair, made me feel she had not seen a disabled person before. Will consult urgent care in future.
