Dr. Elizabeth Cerva, DO

Dr. Cerva has outstanding people skills which enables her to interact with patients in a positive manner and have honest discussions about treatment options. She is very down to earth. Her knowledge is excellent and if she is not sure of something she will research the situation or consult with others to determine the best path for the patient to take.She actually saved my sons life last year. After his presenting with some concerning symptoms, she had blood drawn and analyzed stat. We discovered he was in late-stage kidney failure and needed immediate intervention. She got him into the hospital immediately, calling her contacts to make sure he was seen ASAP, and was able to get him in touch with a great nephrology team. She called me every day, and this was a weekend, in order to see how he was doing and to see if there was anything else she could help with. She took her responsibility as a physician to another level; one you rarely see these days.

I've now had 3 visits with Dr. Cerva and have found her to be a thoughtful, thorough, and caring person. She carefully reviewed my health history, including the results of recent tests, and heleped me establish realistic goals for ensuring good health.

I transitioned into this practice 5 months ago. In this short time, Dr Cerva has helped me with several health issues. Her and her staff are kind, helpful and available by phone and appointments as needed. I’m very happy that I decided to pick this practice and recommend Dr Cerva.

Dr Cerva is the old fashioned kind of physician-and I mean this in the best way. She spends time with you at each appointment and follows up with phone calls if there is an issue. When my husband had Covid, she called two days later to see how he was doing. She listens and works with you on any concerns. If you have a question and use the health portal she gets back to you within less than a day. I was sad to see the Wingels go, but I am so happy that she took over their practice. Both my husband and I are very happy with our care.

She spends the time to get to know you so she can make informed decisions. She is very thorough and has a wonderfulbedside manner. I would highly recommend her!

She has absolutely no sense of patient care and beside manner. She contradicted herself numerous times, did not listen to my concerns, interrupted me when I was listing a concern, told me not to worry about diseases that run in my family, told me my results were "as boring as you are", and flat out said "how long have you been obese". do not recommend her at all, see anyone else at the practice except her

Horrible bedside manners. Not a physician who cares about the patient or their concerns. First visit and never felt more unwelcomed. Definitely needs a change in their attitude if that's the type of service they plan to provide.

Amazing doctor great bedside manners. Great time spent with me evaluating my problems and anything she she knew would need further treatment she gave me what I need to see the specialist seen fit for my diagnosis.

I really appreciated that Dr Cerva listened to my concerns and didn't just dismiss me and send me on my way with a script. She also listened to some things I thought were unrelated and was able to put them together and suggest testing to rule out gall stones. She is nice, personable, and I trusted her medical opinion. Additionally the rest of the staff was very friendly and my overall experience was pleasant.

Wonderful! You couldn't ask for a better primary care. Always thorough, always helpful :)
