Dr. Elizabeth Cabrera, DO

Not even at this practice anymore. No explanation, just a form letter from the office that she's not there anymore and to call if you wanted your records. I went twice, Lisa in her office totally put me off to the point that if I really had any kind of issue I wouldn't go back. Lots of really negative experiences with this doctor and her practice, time to move on.

I went to see Dr. Elizabeth Cabrera for a routine checkup and everything went well until I had to have a MRI done. MRI results are available to the doctor the next day. Well after 5 calls in 5 days and several messages left for my results I never received a call from the Dr. Cabrera. Finally her PE lleft a muffled message, telling me I need to get an ultra sound and see a orthopedic surgeon. Can you imagine my panic, so I called 3 more time and never got a call back.This is unbelievable.

Dr Cabrera is very good and has a love for her patients that is so rare with Physicians now. Very thorough and helps you to understand the patient process. If you need a regular check up or you have specific healthcare needs I recommend Dr. Cabrera and the Boca Care Team.

Dr Cabrera is one of the best Drs I have seen. She is kind and genuinely cares about you. She is thoughrough and seems very knowledgeable. Im glad I found her.

This is not a caring doctor. I went in there with an ongoing problem and I was told to "not worry about it". She did not want to draw my blood as it "wasn't necessary". She told me to stop going to doctors and waste my time because I had no KNOWN family history of medical issues. I told her that my family doesn't go to the doctor and all my grandparents died when I was young so I don't know their medical history. I will not go back and wouldn't tell anyone to go there.

I am a new patient with Dr. Cabrera, but was very pleased with my visit. The office staff was very kind and attentive and Dr. Cabrera was thorough and helpful!

Dr. Cabrera was fine, but staff isn't great. Arrive to the office and no one is at the front desk so you walk around looking for...anyone. Her nurse Lisa drew blood for lab tests but struggled and then confessed "maybe because it's Monday...I had a hard time with the last person, too." She messed up my left arm and then went to work on the right arm. Any time I've needed a call back, it usually takes 48 hours so I end up at Urgent Care. Never able to get in same day at this office.

She seemed helpful in person, but afterwards I got billed for a lot of lab tests I never asked for. I don't have good health insurance & originally explained I needed it to be an annual physical (preventative) apt. When all was said & done (office had no explanation for why I was billed the way I was) I spent over $1,000 over a simple 15 m. conversation. I was highly dissapointed and will not be going back. The office said they'd call with an explanation, 2 convos/months later, no phone call.

I'm a new patient and so far have only seen her once but I was very impressed. She spent a good deal of time with me going over my history, asking lots of questions and seemed genuinely interested in my care. I'm glad I found her and look forward to a long and healthy relationship.
