I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Anderson. She really listens and cares . She does not give up until she finds what is making you feel under the weather. The staff is just as amazing as her. I recommend everyone to have Dr. Anderson as their Family physician.

This person may have a Medical Degree but cares very little for her patients or practicing medicine. She will care very little for your input or opinion and even less if you are truly ill. She cares only for her relationship with the drug companies and her pharmaceutical reps. Please go find another Doctor who actually is willing to form a bond with you and who actually cares about you and your health. This is not the person you want to putting your health and your trust in.

Dr. Anderson took over for a doctor I believed could never be replaced or equalled. I was thrilled to discover in her a fantastic resource and an enthusiastic new coach and partner as I pursue my goal of good, stable health. Her knowledge of everything that's new is sometimes startling, and her straightforward warmth helps take the fear out of everything medical! I feel very fortunate to be in her care.

Dr. Anderson is caring and compassionate, but most important, highly knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend her. She listens to what you say, and really hears you. Then she takes whatever time is necessary to get to the route of the problem and provide the necessary treatment.

She bought our retired physician's practice last year. I found her warm, thoughtful, and insightful. She has, in the short time I've been seeing her, brought my thyroid back to normal by simply changing the time I took the meds, and with the use of Praluent injections, brought my cholesterol within normal range for the first time in my adult life. She is always encouraging and kind, and she knows how to think outside the box!

DR ANDERSON IS VERY CARING. PRESENCE MEDICA ARE THE PEOPLE RUNNING THE OFFICE AND CONFUSING INSURANCE AND BILLING PROBLEMS NOT DR ANDERSON. IT IS BETWEEN THE INSURANCE COMPANIES AND ALL MEDICAL GROUPS THAT CONTINUE TO CAUSE PATIENTS PROBLEMS NOT THE DOCTORS. THE DOCTORS TAKE CARE OF PATIENTS NOT THE BILLING. GO AFTER PRESENCE AND ALL MEDICAL AND INSURANCE COMPANIES.

Dr. Elizabeth Anderson has been our physician since we moved to the Chicago area over four years ago. We had some concerns about leaving doctors we had used for 20 years. She has been attentive and thorough. She followed through with our previous medication programs and has paid attention to our needs and concerns. Her diagnosis of new problems has been thorough. Her referrals have been satisfactory and we are satisfied patients.

based on her location, her name came out at our HMO card as the primary doctor. Two times we needed to c her (kind of urgent) we called for appointment and her staff were like (are u new patient? we don't have time for new patient, i'll put u on appointment after 2 months) obviously we cannot wait for 2 month, therefore we went and saw some1 else. The insurance now is charging us full and Dr. Anderson doesn't even wanna give us a referral number or anything here.
