Incredibly cold
First time patient: She wouldn't even look at my eyes, wouldn't let me finish a sentence. Talked a mile a minute and left me with tons of questions. When the pharmacy needed pre-authorizations for my meds, she wouldn't respond to messages, lied about having communicated with ME, and left me unprotected without medication I urgently needed.

Don't even think about it.
Dr. Soto is a spoiled and disrespectful person. First they canceled my appointment 3 times. Then, it's the second time he leaves me waiting hours to be treated. My appointment was at 9 am and when I ask at 11 am they tell me that I am number 10 on the list and they had only attended 5. Another doctor who believes that their time is worth more than that of the patients. I just hope that this will make you re-evaluate the way you treat all the people with medical problems who visit you and treat them with more humility. There's no excuse for this, and it's against the hippocratic oath they so honor. For my part, I DO NOT recommend it and it will be reported.

Si no fuese por ella mi hígado se habría dañado. Ella se dio cuenta a tiempo cuando mis análisis salieron mal. Comencé hacer dietas y ejercicios y se resolvió gran parte del problema.
