Always in the Know but not lately
Dr McKein listens to my medical problems very intently she will thoroughly exam me and help me further or as to what she feels is best for me.However something is recently wrong..I can't put my finger on it but maybe she just changed or it's her office receptionist Mary. Very curt mean actually, disrespectful. I was told I had dry skin on my back, the pain was excruciating. I called Dr mckeons office so much that one week I was screaming In pain. No one called me back from her office, I went to EM Urgent care abd found out I had a Bacterial Staph infection!!The Dr there gave me cream for it, it worked. Why couldn't my doctor see me or call in a script? That one week I was a squeaky wheel and no one from Dr's office called me back.Recently I passed out at AT& T store. I went to urgent care who told me to go to the E.R.I was afraid to call Dr mckeons office. But I did eventually call her office when I was released from the hospital. Mary is rude

Saved my Life
Dr. MeKeon saved my life by being persistent with my health record and HIGH ENCOURAGED (kind of forcing me) to get my mammogram, even though I was reluctant to do so! Well, it turned out I had a tiny cancerous lump and because of her emphasising the importance, I caught it in time! She does listen to her clients and includes you in your own care. BUT, on important things, she will highly encourage you!!!

Because of my husband's rescheduled minor surgery, I needed to get our car home immediately after my annual physical with Dr. Mckeon. Everyone in the office pitched in help me have a complete and careful exam and still leave early. I would like to thank them all, but especially Dr. Mckeon, who is always both a good listener and careful physician.

Horrible work ethics. I had an appointment with this dr (by the way not the 1st time it's happened before) she had no patients before me and had me wait over an hour. In my opinion you go to a dr because you're not well it is just not right to let sick patients wait so long when it is not necessary. I will not go to this dr again

Dr. McKeon is a kind, courteous and thorough doctor. I never feel rushed and she always takes the time to review my chart and ask lots of questions. She medicates appropriately but not excessively. Dr. McKeon follows up personally with phone calls to ensure that test results are communicated and often just to follow up on how I am feeling when I have come in sick.
