Dr. Elisa Benzoni, DO

I been going to specialist in women's health for years I've seen several of the doctors, nurses, & other medical staff and all have always made me feel comfortable in a uncomfortable situation. Dr. Benzoni is a great doctor & is open, honest, & down to earth. She takes time to rank to you and for me personally has really brought perspective in my life about a few issues I happened to complain about that had nothing really to do with being in the office. I wish all my doctors where as great as her

My ob/ gyn of 40 years retired so I called to make an appointment with Dr Benzoni. The office said that she was accepting new patients so I took the next available appointment which was in 5 months. I had my records forwarded. Four days before my appointment I was notified that my appointment was cancelled and the Dr is no longer taking new patients. The staff have no regard for the patient and the office is disorganized with poor communication. It takes hours to get a return phone call. I wasted 5 months waiting to get into a Dr. who is unavailable. This is unacceptable.

Dr. Benzoni is a wonderful Doctor. She is ver knowledgeable, compassionate and take the time to listen to patient’s concerns.

There is no doubting that Dr Benzoni is knowledgeable and experienced. I had a surgery with her that went fine, that I am fully healed from. However, the appointments leading up to and after the surgery were not ideal. I felt that a lack of compassion from her, which may be due to the fact that she is so experienced, that things I was so concerned about, seemed minor to her. However, I think it's a doctor's job to be cognizant of that, and show extra compassion so that patients don't feel invalidated. With this, I felt that at times questions I asked would be brushed off and not addressed with enough concern. I am overall happy with my surgery, but felt Dr Benzoni made an already stressful experience more difficult just with her demeanor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Benzoni for 20+ years. Always a friendly, compassionate, professional & comprehensive visit. She asks questions & truly listens to your replies. Allays all fears, you receive prompt follow up as needed & come away secure in the fact that you received the highest level of patient care from her.

Have been a patient of Dr, Benzoni for several years. She is professional, compassionate, personable and efficient. Her nurse is also professional as well as personable. Front desk person was very pleasant and accommodating . My only complaint is waiting 35 minutes on the gurney in the examining room .

She is one of the best of the best. Has a very good demeanor.

No, I would not recommend Dr. Benzoni. Last time I had an appointment with her, she ridiculed me for being worried about COVID. I felt very uncomfortable during the entire visit and felt very judged. I will not be returning to this doctor.
