expert, kind to patient, answered all my questions
From the front desk staff to Dr. Dow, all I experienced is warm, kind and welcoming environment. Savannah, Yairi, and Annika were the staff members who smile and professional through out my visit - Dr. Dow, walked in with a warm smile, his expertise was demonstrated as how I explained me the reason of visit and for the follow up needs. When ending the session, I asked him another question and without a blink he stopped and responded patiently. The difference I experienced compared to other specialty centers are as follows: Professional, expert in the field, yet extremely kind approach to empower patient to make decision, instead of telling patient what to do! Every single step they guided and remained available for questions. I will highly recommend Dr. Dow and team if you really want to seek individualized treatment when you are already stressed and worried about the health of your eyes.
