Dr. Elias Martinez, MD

I have had an appointment scheduled since last week, and today I received a call stating that the doctor is refusing to see me as a telemed patient and would like to see me in person as the last time we met it was not in person. If he had an issue seeing me as a telemed or he had policies of how he is supposed to see his patients, he should have stated that in our last appointment instead of waiting on the day of my appointment and canceling the appointment to see and give my appointment out to someone else. This is bad customer service all the way around.

Dr.Martinez and his office employees are amazing. He really care about his patients, he listens to you, answer every question without hesitation, he is very knowledgeable. All I have to say is that He is one of the best doctors in town!

Dr. Martinez is absolutely the best! He care about his patients and he always make sure to follow up with anything we need. I recommend him a 100%

Told me to call back if I didn't get a call after 3 days. I called back, they said they are waiting on insurance to approve. I called back two weeks later, same response. I called my insurance and they said they never got a call and no authorization is even needed. Awful.

Poor experience. Don't waste your time, look for another doctor's office.

I would strongly advise people to avoid him. He prescribed me medications without telling me that he was prescribing them or giving me any information on the medication. Was confused and extremely nervous as to why someone in their mid twenties who at a minimum runs 6 miles a day had a low resting heart rate. Didn't provide me a proper referral that I requested but put in a referral for a cardiologist without telling me he was doing so. Finally had a condescending attitude to top things off.
