I just had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Gikas within 2 weeks from my initial appointment. I don't have enough words to express how thankful, happy, and amazed I am with the result. I realize that I've never been in love with anything else more than I am now with my nose after this surgery. I can't stop starring at the mirror and tell myself how priceless I am. I highly recommend Dr. Gikas services if you want to have everything done on a professional level and timely matter. My nose is a piece of art and he is the one who created it. Dr. Gikas performed a septo-rhinoplasty surgery on me and I am so happy and content with the results. I can finally breathe and my nose finally looks the way I have always wanted it to. Dr. Gikas literally changed my life and I suggest that if you can then you should definitely go to him!!! I had the easiest surgery experience! I underwent gynecomastia surgery with Dr Gikas. I have dealt with gynecomastia for years, and the level of insecurity that it made me feel daily felt insurmountable. When I came to Dr Gikas, I had never undergone a surgical procedure, and was incredibly nervous. Dr Gikas spent the time to explain to me what operations he was going to perform, making sure that I understood before the surgery. The surgery went perfectly, and the difference was unbelievable. I felt like a completely different person. As I spent the next few months adjusting, I found myself more confident in my own body image. Let me first by saying that coming across Dr. Gikas was a blessing in disguise. I did not come to him initially for work but was introduced to him through another Doctor. You, see my story is a little different from some. In 2018, I found that I would need to have a double Breast mastectomy performed. As you can imagine, it wasn’t the best news and I was terrified and felt defeated. My Primary Womens Doctor, Dr. Drugas, was very patient and understanding, and informed me that I will be ok. And with the reconstruction process, she would introduce me to someone that she believed would be just as efficient as herself. That’s when I met, Dr. Elias Gikas. I had so many concerns and questions about what if’s and how’s but every time I mentioned this man’s name, everyone always replied the same way, “ You are in great hands.” And did he deliver on his name! It was not even the reconstruction part of it that wowed me the most, it was his overall care! I can’t thank them enough!

Dr. Gikas is an excellent plastic surgeon and a top doctor when it comes to rhinoplasty. He is not only a doctor but a precise and over the top artist. I had visited tons of doctors int he chicago land area and the minute I went to see Dr. Gikas I knew he was going to be the one to perform my rhinoplasty. I can't tell you how happy and how much more confident I'm with my new nose that he gave me. It looks so natural and nobody can ever tell I had anything done. His bedside manner was compassionate and he made me feel absolutely sure that I was going to be safe and recover with the best results. I am recovering from liposuction, less than two weeks ago and even with the swelling the results are great and I'm looking forward to the next 4 weeks when they will improve even more. Dr. Elias does amazing work. I came to him to have a rhinoplasty and septoplasty done. I had broken my nose when I was younger and didn't like the way it looked and I also had trouble breathing through only one nostril. He is very caring and patient. We didn't even review exactly what my nose would look like after surgery, but I trusted him. He briefly explained what would be done. A week after surgery, it's better then I could have ever expected. He's an artist.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Gikas. I love this doctor! He is not only an extremely talented surgeon but also an incredible human being. After, researching multiple surgeons online for at least 2 years, I decided on Dr. Gikas after seeing a before and after photo. Dr. Gikas was my first and only consultation. After many years of being unhappy with my appearance and my big nose I decided to do rhinoplasty. I was lucky to found Dr. Elias Gikas on internet. He walked me through the process very patiently, calmly and professionally. He listens carefully, observes his patient’s face attentively, takes photos and at the end of consultations gives advice and suggests the best solution. His nurse Sherry is very nice, helpful and supportive. My experience is excellent!

Dr. Gikas did an amazing job on my nose. I had rhinoplasty done. Before the surgery my nose was crooked and had bumps on it. After the surgery it was straight and smooth.

Dr. Gikas performed an otoplasty on me, which is an ear correction surgery to make them be closer to the head rather than stick out. He was very careful when he did the procedure and it turned out great. There was one problem though, a stitch came out which made one ear appear to look less like the other. When he noticed this, he asked if i wanted him to perform a quick correction and did it that day. I think he is a very good doctor and definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a surgeon!

I hate how my nose looks now. This doctor did not do what we discussed and the end result does not look good at all. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone!!
