Dr. Elias Ghandour, MD

Worst Dr I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. Walked in with his mask under his chin, coughed 3 times while standing in front of me and never bothered to cover his mouth. His phone rang an he pulls it out of his pocket to see who it is while I'm trying to talk to him. He doesn't listen and he doesn't care how you feel. He's a rude, nasty man and my advice is to run as fast and as far away from him as you can get!

Dr. Ghandour is great. But I am not going to do his staffs job for them. They informed me that Grace Clinic would contact me about test ordered by Dr. Ghandour. I was told Grace would call me that same day (Thursday) as I was in their office. As of Monday at 4:30 pm I have not received a call. I called Dr. Ghandours office and was told I needed to call Grace Clinic at the phone number on the sheet. There is only one number listed and it plainly indicates Dr. Ghandours number. Sorry, but it’s Dr. Ghandours place to put in place the order. I told the receptionist I’d find another doctor if they weren’t going to do their job. May now be up the creek without a gastroenterologist, but I am not going to do their job.

Dr. Ghandour helped me through bile duct disease, which culminated into a liver transplant. He treated my disease with the utmost care and referred me appropriately to transplant specialist. I highly recommend him for any gastro/hepatic issues. He’s very caring and knowledgeable.

He is a very knowledgeable doctor. He is in high demand and extremely busy. He is a no nonsense doctor. When he gives you medical advice and you do not follow his instructions, he does not tolerate that behavior, but he is honest about that from the beginning. He is very good at what he does and if you listen to him, he will do his best to make you well. He cured me and I am forever grateful.

Dr. Ghandour has saved my life on numerous occasions. I’ve been a patient of his for over 10 years. He is the Dr that got my liver transplant underway by sending me to Dallas to UT Southwestern. Love love love Dr. Ghandour. His office staff could use some rearrangement because the employees he has now are rude and have no bed side manners. Jessica his nurse is great! She is very knowledgeable and cares about patients well-being.

I waited hours after my appointment time to get told “everything’s ok IM not going to do anything” YOU COULDVE CALLED ME I STEAD OF WASTING MY TIME. How can you (the dr) expect people to respect your time when you don’t respect theirs. I will NEVER use his services again nor will I recommend Dr. Ghandour to anyone else. Please please please go to a different dr. this one is crap.

Another doctor in town made an absolute disaster of a very simple test and got dye in my pancreas, which gave me acute pancreatitis, eventually a pseudo cyst, and then an abscess on the pseudo cyst. I switched to Dr. Ghandour, and he saved my life.

Absolutely the worst. . Old decrepit building, crowded lobby, unbelievably long waits to see him & then the simplistic medical(?) advice he offered could have been taken out of a Boy Scout handbook. Office staff is rude, impatient & apparently don’t know how to handle basic insurance procedures. Cancelled all future appointments with this fellow & will begin seeing more professional medical personnel.

Dr Ghandour is an excellent expierenced doctor that takes care of his patients.

He just likes to run tests that's all and doesn't do nothing about it

Love Dr.Ghandour!!! He is so kind hearted and knowledgeable!! My whole family sees him and trusts him. Would recommend him any day!

He was my dr for 15 years; saw him about 5 times in all. When I had an emergency in the middle of the night and went to the hospital, I requested that he confer with the surgeon I happen to get in emergency. He refused. Has a sign in his office that says if you see any other dr he will no longer see you. He means it. His rude staff told me that he would not send in my records to an allergist who requested it because she was too busy. I think I gave him and his staff enough chances.

The man is an idiot, he does not answer the questions I've asked him and was extremely rude and unprofessional, arrogantly smirking at me when I raised concerns about the medical advice he gave saying that's not possible and failing to Give a reason why

The office is a very very old building, the staff was rude and incompetent and the physician himself not only recieved his education from a third wor

This man saved my life..... been in and out of hospital for years.no one knew what was wrong.he figured it out. I believe he has a persons well being at heart and no SO much the money. I love him and he is my Bro in God!! Rolanda Horton
