100% RECOMMENDED
I’m Giving this review during the Covid outbreak February 2022. My opinion of Dr. Jamal & her staff have not only stayed 100% satisfied, but even more impressed during a time when the demands on the medical community are stretched to the limit, regardless of where we live. I have been a patient of Dr. Jamal’s since 2016. I have nothing but positive feedback to give about her regarding her abilities as a physician. She is professional, and attentive to my needs-including my Mental and emotional well-being. She is part of the Baylor Scott and White health group. You can phone OR, do much more online through the BSW HEALTH portal. You can schedule appointments walk-ins, video visits getting care in person or virtually ,all of the things that are not always available through other physicians NOT in the BSW group. I have gotten a response back within an hour and at the latest by the end of the day.
