I was told to go to the lab to get blood work done at 2,yet they had no blood work in the system. Had an appointment with her at 2:30 and never got seen by her. 3:35 came around and I had to leave to get my kids. Unorganized for sure.

Saw her today for the first time and I liked her friendly and caring bedside manners immediately! She put me at ease. It was my first experience at University Health System. She really showed she cares. I would have her as my family doctor!!! And highly recommend her.

She came highly recommended from University Health Systems. Unfortunately, my mother did not get the service from this physicians as promised. She didn't talk to my mom directly but spoke to me. I had to tell her my mom understands and can speak, you can ask her any questions you may have. She proceeded the visit without acknowledging my mother. We left there with the promise of renewing my mom's much-needed meds only for four days to go by without the Dr. calling them into the pharmacy. Horribl

Dr Pogosian could not remember ever treating me on my last visit, and I had seen her several times in the past year, she even recommended specialist for me, the she ordered a medication for my last visit which was never even called in to my pharmacy. When I called her office to find out what was going on, her reply to her nurses was tell her to make am appt and bring her empty bottle before I can renew...I never even got the 1st order...scarey ...seems over worked and put of touch with her patie
