Rude
Dr. Morgan is rude, impatient, and does not provide a quality level of care. She could stand to treat people with kindness from the beginning instead of making people seeking care feel as though they are wasting her time. Elena, please understand that everyone's time is precious, not only yours.

Got to the root cause
I'd had increasingly severe hip pain that I assumed was just my bed, but Dr. Morgan asked me some thorough questions and eventually settled on advising a hip x-ray to determine if I had osteoporosis, something I'd never thought was possible as a middle-aged guy in pretty good health.
