The worst!!!
She’s rude and she’s quick to tell u her personal opinions as opposed to a medical explanation. Should not be working with kids. I complained about her to the office manager who very kind and understanding but nothing was done. I won’t see her again.

Wish I would have read these before.
Sent my 17 yo daughter alone. Mistake one. She wanted some he help on her struggling with lethargy and sadness and tiredness and I thought a pediatrician would be the right place to start. I just spoke to her on her way home. She’s in tears as the doctor said well first thing we’re going to test you for STDs because I’m sure you assume he wasn’t with other people but that’s just what you wanted to think. Who the hell says that to a kid who is coming to you asking for help. Get a clue and read the room. Message ,yes, should be sent but first of all stop assuming things. Did you take a minute to get to know her at all. I have gone to this pediatric practice since I was pregnant with my first child 20 years ago and I am so disappointed with this doctor.

Terrible Experience
That was the worse doctor I ever saw! I have no idea how she can work with kids. She was zero friendly and she refused to check my daughter's tummy ache, which is just a little kid because she tried to force her to her a vaccine and I said I need to ask her dad first. But she charged the full amount of the "consultation". Don't recommend it at all!

Lovely doctor with very pleasant staff. Her manner could not have been nicer nor could her explanations about what she would do during the appointment.

I will NEVER go back. She is unprofessional. She is theatrical and oversteps boundaries. She likes to have parents leave room to discuss sex and drugs talk with minor children, of course w out asking permission from parent. My kids never liked her from day one but she was close and only needed to go 1-2 year... She is rude to parents, making you feel your questions are worth an “ eye roll” and she will answer in a demeaning way....she also calls you mommy and daddy, instead of by name. Her office is filthy & Disorganized. She is rude to her office girl and girl is often exasperated. Thank God we are caught up on vaccines and I will find another dr. Preferably a Family doctor who can treat family as a whole. Don’t Bother.

I saw Dr Gazzola for 2 1/2 months from the time my daughter was born. She got her first cold around the time she was 2 1/2 months, as a first time parent I wanted her to be seen. Upon calling the office, I was told she was too busy to see her. I got in my car and went to the office anyway to find the Dr had left for the day and was in fact not busy at all. I then filled out the necessary paperwork to have my daughters medical records transferred to another doctor. It has now been two weeks and they still have not received the paperwork. No doctors will see children without records confirming immunizations. She is completely negligent and entirely rude. Also at my last visit I told the dr I thought my daughter had cradle cap. After making me feel stupid about it she told me i wrong and it was sebboriac dermatitis. I googled it st home to find that it is the medical term for cradle cap. I highly recommend finding a different pediatrician.

She’s just a terrible doctor/pediatrician. I’m not sharing a personal experience of mine because what happened happened but believe me there are definitely WAY better doctors/pediatricians besides this one. Her office staff is extremely rude I have no idea who in their right mind would hire someone like that. Their policies are ridiculous especially in how they handled giving my child her medical records. Just goes to show the type of person she is. Would not recommend.

I am so grateful to have Dr. Gazzola as my pediatrician. There were so many times our kids have weekend fever and she would patiently guide us through. She genuinely cares for her patients and the well-being of the parents. As I always tell her that I probably wouldn't have a second if I didn't encounter such a great pediatrician to answer all of my questions.

Gazzola-Kraenzlin was referred to me by my insurance carrier. I walked into office w/ my daughter & it wasn't a warm welcoming at all! My daughter’s appointment was held up for about twenty-five minutes while the doctor walked her staff through the registration process of patients. Follow up by staff was poor, sending correspondence/orders to other facilities was poor. Her receptionist Brianna is the rudest & most unprofessional person I've came across in a professional setting & the Doc...

My child feels completely at ease in this office. Dr. G always takes a lot of time to make sure we understand the situation and she tells us what we might encounter during the night. She helped us get connected with a specialist when we needed it. Dr. G is incredibly knowledgeable but explains everything in a way that I can understand. She is simply fantastic and I always walk away secure in what we need to do.
