Dr. Eldine Banquerigo, MD

Dr. Eldine Banquerigo is helpful and has always been pleasant to work with. It may be a bit slow to get an appointment however she is worth the wait. I have been a patient for several years.

Dr Bancquierico is amazing! She takes the time to stop and listen to the problem. Never rushes anyone. She is smart, well read on numerous issues that affect people, such age, culture, martial status, etc.as well as her diagnosis is up to current ama guidelines and practices.

Terrible terrible!!!!!! I have a UTI came back in my blood results she won't see me until more than a month to get treated for urine infection!!!! Reception says "we will let her know and she will call beack " its been 3 times and no call yet.... I had to pay and get treatment from another dr will never come back here!!!!! You can die and she don't care shes booked!!!!

My Kids and I have been a patient for 28 years and I would do it for another 28 years I miss them everyday I moved to N.C

People here are lazy, slow and unprofessional. For example every time I call the receptionist always says can you please hold. There's never been a time in the past 5yrs coming here that she never has said hi how can i help you today? She leaves me on hold sometimes up to 25min. I've also sat there and waited up to 2hrs the least amount of time and the most has been up to 4hrs as if this was a hospital. In this case I should go to the emergency room to see someone that knows what they're doing.

I had been a patient of Dr. Banquerigo for 10+ yrs; I say "had" b/c since obamacare I can't get appt until 4-6 weeks out and forget trying if you are sick and need to see Dr. within a couple of days - they dont care! B4 Obamacare they would fit you now, you could just die as far as they are concerned. So you have to go to an urgent care and pay more. I ALWAYS wait @ least 1 hr b4 seeing DR and then 30 min in RM. Too many patients. Staff is the very rude. Also never return phone calls.

Dr. Banquerigo was excellent. My first visit was today and she took her time with me and discussed my med needs. She is very attentive and concerning to a patients needs. I waited about 15 minutes to see her, but I was not the only patient. I feel that was a fair amount of time. Office is very organized and staff is very polite. I am so happy I found this doctor.

Riduculous, evertime I make an apply it takes over 2 hrs to get called back to still wait another 30 min. The Dr. is quick to refer you out so she doesn't have to treat you. Worst office staff ever!
