Dr. Elaine Phuah, DO

I have been a patient for 4 years. Dr. Phuah and Dr. Tio work as a team to ensure I am getting the best care possible. They listen to you! They are fantastic doctors and I highly recommend them as your PCP.

Staff is terrible and this doc is not a physician you want!

Dr. Elaine Phuah is my Primary Care. She is sweet, patient, courteous, meticulous & very professional. She is pleasant and always listens carefully to complaints & praise. I trust her completely. She contemplates her response is and explains why she thinks what she does. I feel she believes me even when other patients have a different response than I. One delightful statement I remember she made, “No one knows your body as you do.” Dr. Phuah and Dr. Tio are a pair of excellent doctors who compliment each other very well.

Amazing experience from entering through the door to the checking out. I went there nervous because it had been years since I'd had a doctor's visit and after my visit, I will make sure to visit however often I'm told. My trust was gained after my first visit and will return as advised. Well taken care of is an understatement.

Dr Phuah is an excellent physician. Highly competent, respectful and a true delight. The staff is friendly accommodating and always a pleasure to work with.

I have recently started visiting Dr. Phuah, and she is my new PCP. I recommend this office. The staff have all been courteous and they make their office have a nice atmosphere that feels like going to see a friendly neighbor, which is a welcome change from the corporate feeling doctor offices I have seen previously. Keturah Solis is the medical assistant who has helped me with my physical as well as allergy testing. She does a great job of explaining all the steps she is performing and making sure I am comfortable. Shelby has kindly helped me at the desk and over the phone. Dr. Phuah is patient and personable. She has made me feel comfortable in all my visits and answered all my questions without any feeling of rush. I look forward to continuing to maintain my health with this office.

Unfortunately since Dr.Phuah has moved and Covid has taken place the entire staff has changed even her as her staff said she said things about me which left me distraught and extremely offended that my Doctor (who I thought was my Dr) would treat me in such a way and say things about me, disheartening to say the least that the medical front staff was extremely unprofessional in giving patient care in a serious time of need. They treated me like a brand new patient tho I wasn't, I just hadn't been in in over a year or so due to job loss and Covid and I was frustrated but obedient in understanding their new system. I had been quoted different prices from $60 to $300 for my first visit, been told I had to wait over a month to see the doctor because they had no 1 hr slot available for a new patient (on this call I was completely crying and in tears from depression when I was also told "to be honest we're completely understaffed and the doctor is on Vacation so we just cant see you"). I was

Dr. Phuah is a capable person, wonderful bedside manner and a brilliant young physician. Unfortunately, her staff if grossly incompetent, rude and they completely destroy the professional image she struggles to assert.

Dr. Phuah is a pleasure. I have never been disappointed in her advice; she is always right. A plus is that she is more accessible than many other doctors. Can't say enough good things about her!

I have been seeing Dr. Phuah since we moved her several years ago. The care received has been excellent from her and the utmost of respect from her staff. With the many senior issues I have she address with care and finesse. She refers me to the best doctors when I have an issue she does not handle. When emergency issues arise I can get in the same day. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good doctor in the FT Worth area.

I am a new patient of Dr. Phuah as of June 2018. I have had multiple problems, each of which she has addressed with prescribed remedies with which I am pleased. My questions and concerns have gotten prompt response. I am very appreciative of her knowledge and concern. I did recommend this physician and a family member is also a new patient of Dr. Phuah.
