Horrible office staff
Wish I could leave a zero. His nurses are uneducated and rude. Dr Levy backs them up anyway. Maybe more going on there. The nurses are extremely rude and make you more confused than before you went. There are other Drs. Run run run

Dr. Levy is barely at the office. That could be a good thing and a bad thing. He is very good at what he does. His staff is PHENOMENAL!!! Although I’m having issues after surgery (no fault of his) the team continues to try to help. I will be eternally grateful for everything they have done for me.

I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment just to see him, only to be told they lost my records and could not access my recent MRI. Also Dr Levy refused to answer any general questions I had about my condition, and yet I still had to pay for the visit. If I could rate zero stars I would.

He is a highly respected doctor, but rarely sees his patients outside the operating room. I’ve never seen him...never for a follow-up! I’ve needed 8 procedure in 1.5 years. I’ve never talked to him!!!!

Doctor Levy performed a microvascular decompression on me in late Jan., 2019. I am vey satisfied with the results and am pain free, although with some facial numbness and hearing loss, that appears to be transient. The important thing is that the pain is gone.

I was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor and Dr.Levy and his medical staff made my family and I feel so comfortable. I was no stranger to what I was to face because I worked in the medical field. I was always given detailed instructions and continuous contact with the office and his hospital team went above and beyond what I expected. I am very pleased and this is a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Levy and his awesome team. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Levy and his “team”.??????????

Dr. Levy saved my father's life today. He immediately sent my dad to Buffalo General Medical Center after he insisted upon doing so. Kenmore Mercy my mom asked? No, go to Buffalo General Medical Center, Dr. Levy insisted. What happened after that was nothing but the best, most professional healthcare service any family member could ever wish for. Thank you so much, Dr. Levy. You saved my father's life today. Nothing but the best of the best. Thank you, Elad. Todd A. Neupert

I am always impressed with the amiability, care and politeness that I receive from the staff and the doctor at this office. The time and attention I receive, once I am in an examining room is well worth waiting a few extra minutes for. I have complete faith in the expertise and knowledge of this doctor and his staff.

I liked Dr Levy, I though I would get a answer on why I was experiencing flushing and tingling in my face. I explained that I had a Chiropractic adjustment in June of 2016 that's when I felt this horbal feeling. The scraping in my neck when I walk is probably the scar Tissue. Maybe that's why he did not see the nerve damage.?? I hope Dr Levy takes another look. I think he is a good Dr.
