Treated after I had sustained burns
If words could express my gratitude for having such a wonderful doctor who is my PCP! Recently, I tripped and spilled a cup of hot water that had been boiled using an electric tea kettle. Unfortunately, the lid used was not the proper fit, so the unexpected happened. As a result, I ended up dousing myself with the hot water and sustained 1st and 2nd degree burns. I was seen by an EMT tech, and in the a.m. by a doctor at urgent care who barely treated my wounds, and then advised me to follow up with my doctor. I have to say that after my PCP, Dr. Ekaterina Milchtein saw my 1st and 2nd degree wounds, she made the decision to fit me in for 2 wks for a daily early morning appointment, so that she could monitor and treat the sites. Needless to say, Dr. Milchtein, the medical staff, the cheerful front-office associates, and her wonderful team of rotated nurses always work well together. Throughout this experience, I was comforted while my wounds were treated. Thank you is an understatement!

Don't do it...she's non-existent
I am the granddaughter of Dr. Milchtein's patient. My grandmother, who lives with me, broker her hip and underwent surgery. Upon arriving at the ER, and other times during her ER and hospital stay, I reached out to Dr. Milchtein several times. Not a single returned call from Dr. Milchtein. After being discharged from the hospital and entering a Rehab facility, I continued to try to make contact with Dr. Milchtein. Never called back. Upon her discharge from the Rehab facility (a month after her surgery), I was urged by the Rehab staff to get in touch with her Primary Care Dr. I explained to them that her PCD just simply did not care to contact her - not to see how she was doing or at very least review her medication list.

Dr. Milchtein is an excellent doctor!
Dr. Milchtein is a good listener and takes into account my feedback/perspective. She explains test results very succinctly. When I have needed an appointment due to illness, she makes herself available.

I am so done with her - long wait time, no personality, no call back with results. rushes you in and out because she is overbooked. Disgusting office staff - this office should close and do everyone a favor.

Relaxed part-time practitioner. Never available when needed. No substitutes. Long phone hold times. No call-backs, even when the call is scheduled! Subpar office personnel.
