Dr Manuylova was very thorough and patient and listened to everything I had to say. I received a phone call with results but I would still prefer a written account sent to my email. I was impressed with Dr Manuylova's professionalism and kindness. She explained my test results and options for treatment. She gave me several opportunities to ask questions.The office was clean. I was seen promptly and was treated with respect by everyone I came into contact with. I was nervous about this appointment because of the negative reviews on this site.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with the clinician. I left this office crying she almost discontinued my thyroid medication which would have been my own doing. This person should not be practicing in any way shape or form in the field of medicine

We followed Dr. Manuylova to her new office on Commercial because I felt she worked well with my elderly mother with Type I Diabetes. She is patient and explains things well. We are so pleased that she doesn’t shame high glucose levels, and in my mom’s case, is mostly concerned about unexpected lows.

11/2020 While she was professional in initial visit, the follow up was terrible. DEXA scan-osteoporosis, thyroid ultrasound- four nodules, one TR5 needing biopsy. I spoke with two people and left a message for assistant. I called again today and was asking her what is the next step, she said if I quit talking she would explain it to me. Then informed clinic is being dismantled and she could take up my case in January. This would have been good to know. Now back to PCP-what now? The front staff was nice, her assistant was rude, condescending and flippant. As a Medical Assistant, I find the entire experience horrendous.
