Dr. Eiman Qureshi, MD

Felt I was listened to.

Dr. Qureshi is a Good Listener. She is Polite and Understanding. She gives ample time to explain my medical condition and progress in every appointment. Very careful and thoughtful in prescribing medications. Her nursing staff is also very helpful and responds promptly. I am still under her treatment.

I saw her for a few years and constantly felt that I wasn’t listened to. She misdiagnosed me and when I expressed concern it could be something else and simply asked to be screened, she continued to insist her diagnosis was right and refused to give me a screening. I left her and went to a different psychiatrist, who told me my gut feeling about my diagnosis was right and that Qureshi had overprescribed me meds, even prescribing two medications that are proven to counteract each other. I have never had such an awful experience with any other psychiatrist. If you can, avoid this doctor at all costs.

Horrible. She does not listen to her clientele. She clearly does not know her medications or have any idea how to work with people struggling with mental health. It’s a shame people are referred to her for diagnosing and treatment. She doesn’t even take the time to review past medications that did not work or caused significant side effects THAT SHE PRESCRIBED.. Then refuses to help provide paperwork when a request is made for a different doctor. Talk about poor “professionalism” she just thinks she knows it all. 0/10 would not recommend someone as bad as she is. I agree with the person questioning if they can leave 0 stars because this woman should not treat anyone.

Interrogative, not in question form at all and already answered questions. Request honed if I used substances after telling her no numerous times. Had very little knowledge of medication. (Got a second opinion and it did have the side effects I was expressing) Tone and attitude was extremely unprofessional.

This doctor literally gave me an interrogation interview. She did not seem like any sort of doctor. She asked question after question. Tell me about your cannabis use, why, why, why? She got to TELL ME ABOUT YOUR COCAINE USE? And I exploded. I don't do that! What the heck is wrong with her? Not going back. Will continue to go to the ER. I expected help, not whatever that was. Question, can I leave '0' stars?
