Dr. Efrain Dickson, MD

Not recommended...entered office and was told Dr. was accepting new patients. I was provided with documentation and answered and filled all required documentation along with copies of my drivers license, health insurance, etc. I submitted the paperwork as instructed and informed I would receive a notification upon completion of Dr.'s review. I never received any notification via phone call, electronic email, memo. After three weeks, I personally stopped by the Dr.'s office to be told to call the office due to staff been on lunch break. I called the office and was told by staff the Dr. reviewed my records and he decided not to accept me as a patient. I asked the reason as to why and it was stated the Dr. never provides a reason only makes his independent decisions therefore, an explanation could not be provided. No referrals were provided, no explanation was provided; Common courtesy providing me notification on the status would have spoken volume. WASTED TIME & ENERGY!
