I have been bringing my children here since they were born about 3 years now in total. Never had any real issues until most recently. I was told my child had an ear infection and the medication would be prescribed. Assuming they would call it into the pharmacy as usual. I called the pharmacist 2 hours later and no prescription had been called it. I called the office back and the young lady apologized and assured me they would call it in. I continued calling the pharmacy and the office. To date

It is 8:32 Monday morning, my son has diarrhea, cough and fiebre, they are open at 7:45am, but at this time nobody answer me, I left a message and they do not call back. It is not my first time with the same situation. I went one time without appointment because was an emergency and they were upset and told me I need appointment. For other side, Dr. Aguilar never seen my kids, just the pediatric nurses are whose attend the patients.

Your staff are incompetent, they will have different story everytime you call and follow up i would like to talk to you and make a complaint. This is yhe second time I had issues with them.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this office. My son has autism and i have called the office 3 times to have my son seen. Each time i was told his records would be reviewed and that i would be called back. They never called. I called back asking to have his records moved then they decided to pull his recs and schedule him to see the doc. They are not proactive at all and really could careless. If your child needs help find another doc off bc they are professional capable of helping u.
