Each visit my eyes were tested and then I saw Dr. Yavitz who wasn't forthcoming with me asking questions.

I had Lasik surgery to correct astigmatism. The astigmatism was worse after he got done with me. Might be a good dr. but for me, he made things worse.

I had cataracts in both eyes and put it off as long as I could. I admit I was afraid and had problems with surgeries in the past. he was excellent ! I said I wanted the best surgeon and I know now that I did. How do you thank someone for your vision? This is a small way to say thank you

Surgery went better than I expected and fast. First time in over 50 years that I can see without glasses, but will need to improve sight when driving and for reading small print. But overall very happy with new vision.

Dr.Yavitz performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. For me he is the ideal doctor. He is supremely knowledgeable in his field and takes the time to discuss all potential options available for one's condition. My vision is now nearly perfect and I no longer have to wear corrective lenses - which I have had to do since I was 4 years old. I cannot recommend Dr. Yavitz highly enough and will return to him for all future eye care.

I had Lasik done on my right eye only. The procedure was explained well before the surgery and only took about one minute. Dr. Yavitz also did a good job of explaining what was about to happen..."you're going to see a red light...now it's going to go away...you're about to hear a buzzing..." It was so easy, it hard to even consider it "surgery". It's been 3 weeks and I've had zero side effects.

Excellent physician. Had Lasik procedure completed in 9/21/16. Positive experience. Front office staff was not warm and fuzzy but defiantly knowledgeable and efficient. As of today (7/15/17), I have had no complaints. My vision remains 20/20. I do have a bit of eye dryness in the one eye occasionally but overall I am very happy with my experience. If I had known how much of a positive effect this would have for me, I would not have waited so late in my life… should have done this years ago!

From start to finish, my whole experience was efficient, professional, and painless. I had my exam in the morning, and had the surgery about an hour and a half later. After napping for a few hours, I was able to go out to dinner and only had slight blurriness, and it only got better through the next few days. Would recommend going to Dr. Yavitz to all family and friends looking to have the procedure done.
