My husband had two surgeries by Dr Wright. First surgery failed because Dr Wright admitted he did not check one of the parts on the urinary device. Repeat surgery one month later with poor results-device installed improperly, difficult to use. Needs third surgery to correct it. He has been billed almost $1000 for second surgery that was due to failure of first surgery. Dr Wright and John’s Hopkins totally unresponsive. My husband is a Vietnam veteran who has suffered much due to Agent Orange exposure and subsequent prostate cancer. We are convinced that the surgery was done by surgical residents with inadequate supervision. No we would not recommend this surgeon. Minus two stars rating.

Dr. Wright performed 2 surgery’s on me. One minor and one major. The major surgery was on my bladder which had become extremely distended and would no longer function. I was required to use a cather 4 times a day and all my local doctors said my condition was irreversible. When I left Johns Hopkins my bladder was fully functional. All my local doctors were astonished. Dr. Wright is also a delightful person in addition to being an incredible surgeon. He changed my life.
