My father was referred to him after experiencing hoarseness for 3 months and upon first meeting Dr. Woody said, “Well you sound fine to me.” Very disrespectful to make a patient feel beneath you as a clinician in that way. Disrespectful all around. Dr. Woody was very rude to my father whom suffers from Alzheimer’s. Due to his Alzheimer’s, he has significant difficulty with word finding when he is trying to converse or discuss his symptoms. Dr. Woody was not very respectful of my father’s difficulty communicating. He also disregarded my sister whom attended the appt with my father, specifically to help with discussing his symptoms and plan of care. Due to COVID19, the mask are understandable, but once back in the patient treatment room, my father asked Dr. Woody if he could remove his mask bc he felt he was having trouble breathing. Dr. Woody responded, “Well you’re old and most at risk but you can do what you want I guess.” Not happy with the doc.

Dr. Woody discovered and is managing my recovery from cancer. He is a great doctor and knows what he is doing. He moves pretty quickly because of that. He is also one of the first doctors to give me all the information I needed, without pulling punches. You do have to ask him questions, but if you ask him something, you will get an answer.

I was referred to Dr Edward Woody’s ENT clinic by urgent care. I experienced the worst care at his clinic and feel traumatized! I explained I was in a lot of pain and anxious due to my ear drum being on the verge of rupturing. He then proceeded to do the procedure to cut my eardrum open as I pleaded with him to stop he told me 2 year olds do this all the time and to hold still, I felt he was implying I was a baby. He neglected to give me any discharge/aftercare information not a follow up appt.

Woody seemed intelligent and friendly, but like 99% of doctors these days, very obviously had zero interest in finding out what was wrong with me. He interrupted me mid-sentence every single time I tried explaining my symptoms, told me I was just imagining a year-long condition that has put me in the ER, "prescribed" some over-the-counter pills, and sent me on my way after maybe 90 seconds total. Modern healthcare is a joke. Don't waste your time or pay the big $ that these people are in it for

Shady billing practices. Charged me for surgical procedure for removing wax from my ear. Oh not to mention he punctured my ear drum in the process. Cost me copay plus 20%

Treated me for tonsillitis but didn't even look at my throat at follow up. My ears were hurting and instead of thinking how to help me he just made fun of me ... Wear ear protection when running your chainsaw and Harley, he joked. Staff was nice but like they knew he was an idiot and were apologizing. I'm disgusted with how he treated me.
