Dr. Edward Pirolli, DO

As a regular patient I called the office at 9:00am to schedule an appointment, same day as an asthma patient having breathing problems. This was 3 weeks post Covid infection where Dr did order Paxlovid. Office manager returned my call at 2:30 pm same day stating Dr. Perolli believes this problem to be new and unrelated to COVID so he wants me to go the Urgent Care. I have been a patient for over 15years and asthma issues happen every Winter. I thought I had build a trusting relationship with my provider and he failed me when I needed him. It definitely is time to move on. I will also state this has happened in the past if I have needed to see my provider on a Friday. The office manager handles all Friday appointment requests and She has always sent us to Urgent Care.

Dr. Pirolli always goes over regular checks blood pressure heart pulse lungs etc. but you are never rushed feeling at any point. I have a habit going in to visits and forgetting to ask anything but with Dr. P he’s so thorough and has everything marked done that he usually reminds me due to him checking on previous visits statements I had made. So right now no complaints give them a try.

Horrific staff for the past year. Nurse Regina is the worst! They will never get back to you with simple questions in a timely manner. The latest for me was a large rusty nail go completely through my foot. Bottom out through the top. So I called to see if he could see me. Simple question, Right?. After 3 hours I finally drove to their office where they tell me the doctors to busy to answer my yes or no question Regina finally tells me to go to Urgent Care, the doctors to busy. I have diabetes root canals surgery in the last week and hip surgery in the last month. But yet he's too busy to answer my question and makes me wait and sit there for 3 hours. The doctor is not that bad but his staff is horrific. This is just one of many stories.

Initial visit was very good. Dr. Pirolli checked all my medical concerns. He did not rush me or lecture me as some other doctors do. He has a very nice personality that made me feel at ease. He gave me the referrals I needed and scheduled a follow up appointment in a timely manner. The office staff is also very friendly and accommodating.
