Dr. Edward Lee, MD

My father has been seeing Dr. Lee for several years, and he is a very good doctor. The 1 star rating is for the office staff. My father is elderly and requires a transport chair. The office called us to get some labs done prior to an upcoming visit. When we went to the labs, there were no labs ordered. Apparently the labs were ordered over 1 year ago and expired on the laboratory's system (stays on the system for 1 year). Crazy thing is, the office called us 3 days after the 1 year expiration. It is very difficult to take my father to appointments, and also not easy taking time off work to take my father to appointments. The office did call while we were at the labs, and told me they could not order the labs. They also told me that the doctor's appointment was canceled and that we would have to reschedule. The front office then transferred me (by phone) to schedule a new appointment. As I write this review, I have been on hold for an hour.

Dr. Lee is an excellent cardiologist And my daughter who has 30yrs. Experience as a RN, also gives him a 5star rating. He really takes the time to listen to me and answer my questions. His office runs like a well oiled machine. Short wait time, too.

Finally! A cardiologist that was kind, compassionate and caring enough to take the time to listen and explain to me in detail my angiogram from last year. He gave me a thorough exam, even checking the pulse on different parts of my body. Something my former cardiologist never bothered to do. What a pleasant experience. This guy is the real thing! I will definitely be seeing him again.

Not too friendly doesn't show kindness or empathy..I felt depressed when I left
