They cancelled my appt. and tried to charge me $25.00 for missed appt. Did not believe me when I told them their automated system cancelled my appt. I needed that appt. Had to make another appt. and was then charged 25.00. Also laughed at me once when I asked for steroids for a back strain, he ended up giving me the steroids which helped a lot but he didn't give me enough to do the job.

If you want to see Dr. Kepp you have to get in line and wait months to see him. Most times you have to see the PA's. Then they look at the reason you came in for and "oh that looks bad" and that is the extent of the exam. Then it is guess time they send you here and there and never address the issue. The main thing is that Kepp and the PA's do not listen nor care really. Leaving the patient to go through the pain related to the problem. Then when you go in for lab work he does not even do it.

dr. kepp is a good doctor. dr. kepp has took care of me for years / dr. kepp is one of the doctors that has help keep me alive.the thing i really like about dr. kepp is he does not sugar coat what my health is.

For absolutely no given reason dr Kepp would not see me as a patient any longer. I needed my medications renewed and he wouldn't even do that. I asked for a reason and I was told - he doesn't need a reason. I don't see how a professional can do this. Very unprofessional. DO NOT recommend him to ANYONE.

I think the world of Dr. Keep, been going to him for a lot of years. Nothing but the best! Very nice and smart and understanding your problems and a very great guy. Very friendly and easy to talk to.
