Dr. Gratz was very thorough and clear with directions and expectations. He called us the same day her received results from our son's procedure and explained everything in detail. The only difficulty is getting through to secretary on phone lines. Once you get them, it was not difficult getting an appointment.

Trying to reschedule an appointment was nearly impossible. His staff is very rude, extremely unhelpful or courteous. Completely unprofessional. I was told I'd get a call back after a message I left within two days. I never got a call back. Then when I finally got a hold is someone it was utter confusion and the convo ended with his assistant saying she'd call me back the next day. One week later after no call back it was the same rudeness and unwillingness to assist. Just terrible services.

If there was a negative grade, that's what I'd give the entire fiasco. First it took 5 phone calls to get a call back for an appointment when their answering machine says you'll get a call back within 48 hours. Their staff has absolutely NO personality. Then you get to Dr. Gratz who seemed about as interested in hearing about my daughter's situation as I would be watching mud dry. He has no business practicing medicine. He's not even personable enough to be a greeter at WalMart!
