Dr. Dunne is an exceptional urologist with great skills and an excellent “bedside manner." I came to him with some fairly general symptoms for a person my age, and he accurately diagnosed me with a life threatening condition that other doctors had missed. Fortunately, due to his efforts, we caught this early and I now have a plan of treatment that should give me a 2nd lease on life. But what truly sets Dr. Smith apart is not just his clinical expertise, but also his exceptional bedside manner. He genuinely cares about his patients. He actively listened to all my questions and concerns, taking time to patiently answer them and making sure I fully understood my condition and the treatment options available to me. I never felt rushed through appointments. He, as well as the entire office staff, are also amazing on follow-up. I can’t recommend him enough.

My experiences with Dr. Dunne were exceptional. He is a an excellent provider, consultant and surgeon. He has always been professional, personable with a good sense of humor (a plus), and profoundly proficient in his surgery. He responded well when my condition required quick response. I am grateful for the service he has provided and recommend him to anyone needing a great urologist.

Dr Dunne is an good physician, but expect a diagnosis, not a treatment plan. The staff is the rudest I have ever seen in my own 15 years of healthcare practice in Hospitals and Med Schools. Well below the “standard of care.” I got yelled at for requesting Telehealth or video follow up visit, and electronic referrals and prescriptions which is now the recommended first line for physicians during the Covid epidemic. Bad enough they don’t offer the service, but to blame the patient is unacceptable. IF you can get into seeing him, and IF you can get past a psychotic office manager then he can be helpful.

Dr. Dunne is a caring and responsive physician. He listens and does his best to respond to your concerns quickly and efficiently. He explains what he is doing and get back to you quickly if you have questions. I rate him a top doc!
