I went to Dr Cullom for a spinal decompression of the T10, 11, and 12 … I could walk, but I used a cane when I drove long distance. I drove it for surgery and walked in on my own, I DID NOT Walk Out !!!! I was PARALYZED from the waste down as I still am .. I had another surgeon go in and decompress what Cullom missed 7 months later and found out that what Paralyzed me was a pinched nerve that Cullom had pinched during surgery, this nerve is in the Thoracic area and Won’t regenerate, so that means I’m Paralyzed for life because of Culloms mistake , and to make things worse, the Last time I went to him he acted like he had No concern at all !!!!!

Please do not to this Doctor. You have been warned. He is rude, arrogant, and heartless. He originally put my neurostimulator in, but when i suspected the morphine pump he also inserted developed a kink, he didnt listen to me and didnt care. I had to be rushed to the ER in Jackson because of the symptoms i was experiencing due to the kink. This doctor was outside my door and refused to come in and see me. My husband overheard him tell the on call doctor he was about to go on vacation with his wife and he wasnt going to see me. He was right outside my door. To make a long story short, i had to wait until he return and almost beg him to remove this pump. It did have a kink and i could have died. I have lupus and sjogrens and chronic pain and he cared nothing about me. I stead he chose to rudely make comments on my weight saying i needed to run or exercise or do something. Dont go to this man. He is evil and should not be a medical professional.

Went in for spinal cord stimulator. Came out with one in my neck but not in my spinal column where it's supposed to be, it's outside the spine not even close to correct placement and battery is approved for in hip placement only but this man decided to put it on my shoulder blade almost in my armpit. 2 years later I'm having to have a secondary surgery by a neurosurgeon to get it all out and new system put in. Do not go to Cullom if you want anything done in your neck or fixed correctly.

I don’t know was his favorite phrase during our second visit there. Seemed genuinely uninterested in finding the source of my husband’s pain and only cared about discussing carpal tunnel results.

Appointment was at 9:30 got there at 9:10. Waited to see Dr until 12:00pm before getting to the back. Waited another 30 min. Then Dr. came in. He had no personality and didn't really seem to care about what was wrong. Everything I would ask he seems to shrug his shoulders and didn't even give me a plan of treatment. He acted more like I was making stuff up. I didn't ask him for medications. I just wanted help in finding out why my back hurt and to help give me advice. Big waste don't go there

Friendly stafff but He only wants to talk and the patient say nothing. I would ask a question regarding cause of thoracic pain and he wouldn't explain cause. He would only SNAP at me in a very mean tone of voice stating "stay away from surgery!" I was at the clinic 2 hours and 30 minutes and he spent 3 minutes assessing and snapping at me. Please stay away!

Intial intake appointment finally saw him 2.5 hours after scheduled appointment time. No apology or excuse for delay. Ordered a test. Gave no directions of what to do prior to test. Didn't explain that a driver was required, wasted 4hr round trip because of that. Had to reschedule test.
