Office staff disorganized & unhelpful. Nightmare.
I waited for weeks with a painful knee injury just for the doctor to evaluate me. I had confirmed my visit by text not once but several times in the week of the appointment. I was in the middle of a multi-day day retreat I was running and assumed all was well. On arrival I was told my appointment had been cancelled because I had failed to confirm **by telephone.** Scheduling manager very defensive, confrontational and failed even to apologize. Totally inappropriate and unacceptable. Have never received such terrible lack of consideration. Was told another manager would come out to speak with me. They never appeared. I'm sure the doctor doesn't even know how terrible his staff really is. **DON'T CONFIRM BY TEXT IF YOU DON'T PLAN TO LOOK AT THE TEXTS.**

Bilateral knees replacement
I am so grateful to Dr. Edward Adler who performed my bilateral knee replacements seven weeks ago. Replacing both knees on the same day was life-changing for me. This allows me to have one surgery and one recovery time. I am still in physical therapy to straighten my knees, but this is the best decision I have ever made. Thanks to Dr. Edward Adler.

I had a total knee replacement done by Dr. E. Adler 10 years ago. Have a persisting pain. Can walk only short distances. I wish never had this surgery performed by Dr. Adler.

This guy is a heartless animal. They send everything to my house nurse physical therapist but she now has to leave the house barely walking after a total knee replacement to go get pain meds because he will not prescribe any starting his license is on the line. Let me ask you this what DEA agent is is going to look at someone 5 days out of surgery a d tell him hes over doing it and arrest him. What a jerk.....

Dr Adler is truly a professional. This is my second surgery with him. Trusting him is absolutely worthwhile. My life experience has so improved under his skillful hand. His bedside manner, well that isn’t the best, but as far as surgery goes I would take skilled surgeon over friendly talk. 3 Cheers for him, his office and without hestitation NYU
