So much has happened due to his negligence. He gave inaccurate information which resulted in major consequences for myself and my daughter. I’m sick to my stomach of the consequences my daughter and myself went through because of his practices.

Waste of Time & Money
Don’t bring your child to this doctor! I have a family member who was having constant abdominal pain for 9 days. He told the child to quit worrying his mom by complaining of the pain, that he was just constipated. (Even though he only had a small to moderate amount of stool).. The next morning the 12yo lied to his mom and said he felt better, because he didn’t want to worry her. He then admitted the pain persisted. His mom called them GI Dept to complain and the office manager told her that “discomfort” is not a priority. My family member began peeing blood. He is back at the ER, undergoing a bunch of tests. Needless to say, he wasn’t lying and it wasn’t constipation.

Don’t waste your time.
Dr Tran was a half hour late to our video appointment, and when he did come on, he rushed the whole appointment, it was about 5 minutes long . We were placed with him after her original GI moved across the country. I have never felt so brushed off by a specialist before like I did today. He completely ignored the previous GI & other specialists she sees notes, he didn’t know any of her medical history . Told us feeding team would handle her feeding issues, meanwhile feeding team is why she sees GI. He also told us that he’s not needed unless she’s vomiting. Meanwhile she has a genetic disorder that causes GI issues . Will be reporting him & already made another appointment with a different GI .

I felt violated during my son's appointment. Dr. Tron asked me if I seem breastfeeding my son for pleasure. He told me it is not psychologically helpful to breastfeed him. Told me I should quit. I'm never going back to him again. I reported him and nothing became of it. They just shrugged it off and said well don't listen to him. Very unprofessional.
