Dr. Eduardo Ruan, MD

Hello, I'm a patient of Dr. Ruan at West Kendall Office. I want to share that he has gone far and beyond to help me with my medical condition after having a life threating emergency surgery. I truly recommend him and the staff from West Kendall Office. Thank you for everything! You guys are awesome!! Thank you again!!

Dr. Ruan was very informative, open and answered any questions i had, the receptionist Michelle and nurse Grace both made my visit very comfortable and all this was done with very uplifting attitudes. Jackie (the backbone of the operation) explained everything i needed to do next, this is an amazing experience to be treated this way at a doctors office and i hope other offices come hear to learn

Dr. Ruan is a great Doctor, and his staff at West Kendall is very helpful and sweet. I recommend his team to everyone.

This dr is just horrible. He doesnt listen to you and just stares at his computer. The west kendall office is a mess. check in was easy but the medical asstistants are nasty and the office manager should not be allowed to deal with people. She is loud, rude, throws you out of the room. You are sitting down with her to schedule and she picks up calls and ignores you. She is constantly yelling at the staff. It feels very uncomfortble in that office. new staff is horrible

Find another doctor. Does not relate well to patients.

Very sad , all the week calling the office , never called ,the day before the test one assistant called and is supposed he will call for the test . we lost the test , the confirmation , the medication and we went to an Emergency . After leave many messages on the phone never received one . poor relation with patient

I have been a patient of Dr. Eduardo Ruan since 2001. I found him very professional and easy to talk to. He listened and stand firm when I tried to sway his decision to operate on he right away when it was confirmed that one of the polyps he took in a previous procedure was cancerous. You see my husband and I bought tickets to attend his best friend's only daughter's wedding in Seattle. Dr. Ruan insisted to have the procedure instead-he won! Friends I recommended to him are very pleased too

EXCELLENT DOCTOR

I didn't feel comfortable with Dr. Ruan. Everything was mediocre and I felt it unprofessional. My appointment was at 2:45pm and I wait until 4:00pm to see him. He didn't tell me any specific about my symptoms, very vague answers and I left the office feeling really disappointed. I will see another doctor because I don't think Dr. Ruan worth the money or the time I don't have to spend. I am sorry, but it is the truth. The only good thing was the staff, very friendly and efficient.
