Find another dermatologist
Went to him for neurotoxins. My appointment was in the afternoon so my face had makeup, dirt, and oils, and he injected the neurotoxin without cleaning my face first. I'll never believe this is best practice! Never again!

Dr.Rivera, I was losing my hair in clumps, he was the most professional, understanding, delicate spealist I have ever had. He listened to me. Helped me understand my diagnosis & when it wasn't great news he was very gentle & to this day I'll never forget his kindness & professionalism. I do recommend him & continue to refer people to him.

Dr Rivera is wonderful. The PA's are wonderful. Unfortunately, the office staff is horrendous. Several pertinent mistakes are made often in this office that adversely effects patient outcomes. Overall, this would be a great office if they would hire competent office employees.

I waited way past my appointment time. I could wait no longer as I have my own business to run and I had to be back on time for appointments. I discovered there were several people ahead of me after I waited way past my appointment time. I would seek another doctor who will see you one time. If you think you have skin cancer I would recommend you see a doctor who will be on time and treat you like an equal. He is unable to accommodate patients on time.
