He has done Newbron Hearing test on my son on 6/17/2016 (CPT: 92586: Auditory Evoked Potential) and submitted the claims through Pediatrix Medical Group (Worst Medical Group) incorrectly. As per my insurance provider notes, The diagnosis code that was billed is not a preventative code. The provider would need to submit a corrected claim with the correct diagnosis code to have this process as a preventative service. Now, He/Pediatrix Medical Group not wiling to resubmit the claim correctly.
